Let the STARS Shine!

A donation to the GEF STARS program accomplishes two things at once:

1. This program lets teachers and staff know that you think they are STARS

2. This program funds amazing enrichment projects in the arts, sciences, math, literacy and more.

How it works:

Make a donation. Teachers will receive notice that they’ve been honored with a gift in their name (the amount of the gift is not noted on the card). Whether you give $15 or $150, the message to teachers remains the same: We’re grateful for all you do for our children. A beautiful star is hung in the school lobby to honor their work.

What it is:

STARS is a program of the Gorham Educational Foundation, Inc. GEF was founded in 2006 and is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in education through programs that encourage a thirst for knowledge, respect for community and responsible citizenship. A minimum of $15 gift per name is requested. A certificate will be sent to those being honored, and you will receive a receipt for your tax-deductible donation. 2. Use Paypal (see paypal button below) and email us your name, donation amount & the teacher that you are honoring. IF YOU ARE USING PAYPAL – please indicate in the “message” block on the PAYPAL screen the teacher you are honoring and any personal message you wish to include. We will ensure your STAR is delivered with the message!
