Teachers’ Wishlist

This page is a space where teachers and staff can identify immediate classroom or building needs that members of the Gorham community may be able to fulfill through a donation of an object they may have on hand and no longer need. We’ll call it community recycling or redistribution for the good of our young people!

How it works
Teachers and staff may email GEF a list of needs through this website (gorhamef@maine.rr.com), whether the need is for certain titles of paperback books to replenish a classroom library, ping pong tables for an after school club, craft supplies for an art project, or something else, just email your list.

GEF will post that list on this page. If a member of the public sees the request, has the requested item(s) and wishes to donate it, or wants to purchase it for the school, he or she lets GEF know through email or phone call (222-1009). GEF will facilitate the donation and transfer of the item, and will issue the donor a receipt for tax purposes.
